Q: How do I register?
A: Your ticket purchase is your registration for the tour.  Tickets are limited to ensure that group sizes will be manageable and that everyone will be able to enjoy the tour and have a memorable time.

All of the information you supply is used only to identify yourself to the web site. We will not release any of your information to a third party.

Q: How does purchasing tickets online work?

A: By clicking on "Buy tickets online" you'll be taken to a shopping cart. Select the tour date and time that you would like and then choose 'Add to Cart' button. The number of tickets left for that specific tour will be indicated.  If you find that you need one or two more to accommodate your group, please call 617-678-4100 for authorization.

To remove an item, you can click the blue 'Remove' button or use the 'Empty Cart' button to empty the entire shopping cart. When you are ready to proceed to the check-out process, click the 'Check Out' button.

Q: How do I get my tickets?
A: Your tour guide will have your tickets when you arrive for your tour.  You may want to bring a printed copy of your shopping cart checkout approval in the unlikely event that there was a delay in getting your reservation on the list.  If you are registering less than 24 hours before the tour, please call 617-678-4100.

Q: Is it safe to order online?
A: How does a Secure Site work? In plain English, here's what happens when you place an order. First, you'll notice that you enter a secure site when a padlock icon appears in the status bar of your browser (usually at the bottom). This states that all of the information passed between your computer and our computer will be encrypted. Our computer will tell your computer how to encrypt all information passed between the two using encryption that can only be decoded on our server. Your computer will do such before sending any information onto the phone wire and out onto the Internet and eventually to our computer. When it reaches our server, it will be decoded and logged to our database for processing. Without the decoding key on our server, it is nearly impossible to decipher the encrypted data.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A:  Staffing for tours is made in advance so please contact 617-678-4100 if you have an emergency that will prevent you from taking the tour on your scheduled date and time.  The general policy is that refunds are not done with less than 24 hours notice.

Q: Are private group tours available?
A: Private tours are usually possible depending on the time and date.   You can get further information by completing the contact form or calling customer service at 617-678-4100.
